IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and applications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques is preferred.
