Business Operations (Intern)

As a Business Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our business operations. You will work closely with our operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities and contribute to the overall success of the company. This internship presents an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced product-based company and develop valuable skills for your future career.

Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Support: Assist in managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing the supply chain to meet customer demand.
  • Order Processing: Support order fulfilment processes, including order entry, tracking, and resolving any issues related to order accuracy or delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring product quality and identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance to the Customer Support team by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and generate insights to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to streamline processes, implement efficiency improvements, and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, track progress, and support operational initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and other company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Current University student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Previous experience or coursework in operations, supply chain, or related areas is a plus but not required.
