As a Business Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our business operations. You will work closely with our operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities and contribute to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Support: Assist in managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing the supply chain to meet customer demand.
- Order Processing: Support order fulfilment processes, including order entry, tracking, and resolving any issues related to order accuracy or delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring product quality and identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.
- Customer Support: Provide assistance to the Customer Support team by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to streamline processes, implement efficiency improvements, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, track progress, and support operational initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and other company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Current University student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Previous experience or coursework in operations, supply chain, or related areas is a plus but not required.
