Mobile Application Developer (Intern)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Application Developer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of mobile application development, a passion for technology, and a desire to learn and grow in a professional setting. As a Mobile Application Developer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Development: Assist in the design, development, and testing of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
• UI/UX Design: Collaborate with designers and developers to implement intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences that align with our brand and product vision.
• Frontend Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices and coding standards for mobile app development.
• Integration: Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, and EPOS systems to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and compatibility issues across different devices and OS versions.
• Documentation: Document technical specifications, code documentation, and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile app development trends, tools, and technologies, and explore opportunities for innovation and improvement in our mobile products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure successful delivery of mobile app projects.
• Adherence to Development Practices: Adhere to coding standards, development processes, and version control practices to maintain code quality, consistency, and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages commonly used for mobile app development (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, Java).
• Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks and tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and React Native.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with mobile app development projects or coursework is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and self-improvement.
